Course Overview
The Team Building & Leadership Training course is a designed for all members of the dental team, and is most effective when taken as a whole team. Students will learn to identify leadership qualities within themselves and their coworkers, the team relationship dynamics amongst their team, common mistakes and misconceptions about leadership, and how to work cohesively while taking ownership of their responsibilities in the office.

The Team Building & Leadership Training course is offered on-demand and in-person at our training centre at 6300 Tomken Road, Mississauga, with a second audit portion that is performed on-site at your practice. To enrol as an individual or as a team, please contact us at ce@excellpm.com
Payment Information
The tuition fee for this course is $875 per person and is due upon the beginning of the in-class training. For same-office groups of 3 or more, a discount is applied to reduce the rate to $750 per person. Payment is accepted via cash, cheque, and credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
